ABOUT ME
I grew up in small country towns straddling the border of New South Wales and Queensland, Australia. My childhood unfolded in the tail end of the analog era, where endless hours were spent immersed in the natural world, discovering the quiet magic of the ever-present. I fell in love with the hues of sunset, the shimmer of dewy spiderwebs at dawn, and the way leaves danced in the wind. Nature taught me that every moment is fleeting—and profoundly precious.
This philosophy is at the heart of my approach to photography. I’m drawn to the raw, unrepeatable beauty of life as it is: unstaged, honest, and full of feeling. Over time, I developed a deep curiosity for people—their stories, the way light falls across their faces. Portraiture, in particular, has become a true love of mine. There’s something sacred in bearing witness to someone’s essence and preserving it in a single frame.
Through colour, light, texture, and emotion, I seek to compose visual stories. To capture a moment that will never occur again is to freeze time—to honour life by immortalising it.
